What you do is bag your clothes, sit it outside your door, we will call you with a pick up time (1-2 hr window) After confirmation of pick up-your service begins. Your laundry is weight for price accuracy and your service is confirmed and customized, that’s when we get to work

Once your laundry is sorted at the nearest laundromat, it will be delivered to your residence after being meticulously folded. For same-day pickups, please ensure that your laundry is ready for collection outside your residence before our arrival. We believe in transparency, which is why all laundry machine charges are deferred, meaning there are absolutely no hidden costs. Please note that there is a $10.00 service fee for same-day laundry services. Rest assured that all services are carried out by our team of highly trained professional laundry assistants.
